After working in the travel space for many years founder Helen Naumann saw that there was an opportunity to provide a more complete and tailored wellbeing offering. Not only did she want to help people escape to life changing destinations, but she also firmly believes that the key to long term good health and happiness is achieved through educating and supporting people throughout their journey. This is reflected in Electric Bloom's focus on providing pre and post holiday support.

Helen’s passion for holistic healthcare began as a child. Coming from a Mediterranean home, natural remedies were the first choice. Often her mother would hand blend remedies from fresh organic ingredients picked from their wild roaming garden. Visits to the doctor were rare and her home’s medicine cabinet was brimming with tinctures, natural balms and herbal remedies.
