The Verdura offers a nutritional culinary experience with menus designed by Michelin-awarded Executive Chef Franco Maddalozzo. His menus are bursting with local fresh produce. With four restaurants, four bars and a Spa Bar plus private dining options - you will be spoilt for choice. In the evening all guests are required to be in smart, casual dress - which is the dress code at all restaurants. The Verdura Spa Bar offers a light menu for those on a Spa programme.

Insider Tips

We highly recommend that you book the fishing excursion. This involves being taken out in a small group with the local fisherman and learning how to fish, taking in the scenery and then sampling the fish you have caught during your day out. Fish will never taste this good again!
