The Longevity Wellness Award Winning Resort sits amongst the Protected Natural Reserve known as “the Garden of the Algarve” on the Monchique Mountains. It provides spectacular views of the coast and the Algarve region. The site was chosen for its natural health and healing qualities which offer a mild climate, pure air, a wide range of flora and fauna and the Thermal Natural Spring. The Spring provides soft sweet water that has been used for centuries for consumption, washing and for its health benefits. Now all guests at the Longevity Wellness Resort can also benefit from this rich ancient water. When showering and bathing it leaves the skin clean and silky soft – no need for creams!!

The Longevity Wellness Resort offers simple yet chic, light and spacious luxurious suite accommodation. Your state of the art Longevity Medical Spa experience will be gently guided by professional experienced staff to help you meet your life changing wellness goals and help you protect against and prevent premature ageing. As well as your wellness path programme you will have access to additional group activities which can be held – weather permitting outside. There is also a fully equipped gym which guests can make use of.

The Longevity Resort offers a wide range of services and outdoor cultural and oudoor fitness activities. They also have a free children’s club during school holidays and a 24 hour licenced Babysitting Care service - at a local cost. While you are being pampered and learning new wellness skills your children will be entertained whilst also learning their own new skills.
Eateries
Both eateries at the Longevity Resort pride themselves on their healthy gourmet cuisine. Both the restaurant and the Spa Cafe use local produce. Whilst nutritional balanced, they do however make your taste buds dance with all their wonderful flavours – all enjoyed soaking up the tranquil views. They offer 2 menus. One for those who are not on a specific diet programme requirement and the other, the Longevity Wellness Menu for guests whose programme requires them to follow a nutritional well balanced diet.

As many of you are probably aware – “from” prices can be misleading. This led to Electric Bloom being reluctant to advertise in this way. However, we have listened to our clients who expressed an opinion that a “guide” price would be helpful when first looking for their Wellness holiday.
