Setting
The drive to The Estate will take you past rice fields, temples and shrines. Do not miss seeing the wonderful landscapes. COMO Shambhala sits on 23 acres of land in the heart of Bali. The property is perched on a jungle covered mountain which is lush with tropical trees, flowers and wildlife as well as a sacred spring (the Source) and the Ayung sacred River. Nearby 15 minutes drive away is the town of Ubud whose name means medicine in Balinese due to the medicinal plantation that grows wild in the area. The accommodation is stylish, airy, using natural products with a modern Asian design which gives you the feeling of calm and serenity.

All food is intelligently prepared and is rich in nutrition and bursting with flavour. COMO Shambhala places a core emphasis on cuisine and their nutritionists liaise between the guest and the kitchen, ensuring all personal needs are catered for.
